Liquid spill what to do or what not to do?
Till you or somebody don't dry and remove the left over liquid or the left over marks don't try to switch on or charge your device, you may make more damage then the liquid itself, don't keep use it switch of as soon as you can. Even water after dry live a white powder witch conduct electricity can sort circuit small parts inside witch are just a mm or even less close to each-other. Don't believe in miracles, even if the phone you just dropped to water for a sec and its still on and you don't see any problem with it remember that water will rust the parts inside. A cleaning is cheaper then a repair.
Laptops : if spill liquid to a laptop turn it up side down to avoid liquid drains on the mainboard.
